I bought a piece of clothing from

sucks and it comes with
default. I feel that a blog shop should be totally responsible for bringing good quality and default-free clothes to their customers for the most important fact that we have no chance of experiencing it. If the suppliers give them stock with default they shouldn't sell it. Now this leads to cognitive dissonance, which means im going to give negative word-of-mouth and totally regret my purchase, meaning I'll boycott this shop forever. Hence, they lost my customer equity and maybe some others who read my blog and took my comments.
And the whole purchasing process is not a very smooth one ya. They demanded customers to response within 24hrs yet they took more than 48hours to reply me after my payment. And the parcel reached me 5days later. Online shops in nature gives people the insecured feeling so the best they should do is to reply immediately. This shop is not worth the visit. At least for me, Defects and poor service...
That's all for now, if I ever blog again anytime soon, I'll try to use even more marketing words so that it'll be locked into my memory.
