Our hotel. Cheap and worth the $$. 10min walk to the metro station. The bed and bathroom is really clean, with the watercooler we don't have to cook water like what we always do in other hotels. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The stall is just beside our hotel. Delicious Pork Burger, Cheese Crepe and Carrot cake + warm soyabean milk.


LongShanSi, Zhong Zheng Ji Nian Tang

One of my Favourite food thru out the entire trip, its from a stall by the road just like in Bugis street. Noodles with sides (3type Egg, Extinct Pigblood, pig intestine) Its really delicious. How I wish I can have them in S'pore.

We took their Train to Rui Fang. First time taking a train other than MRT.

Bloody DAMN cold! I guess it is less than 14degrees up there. All I wear is a longsleeve top with that capris. Totally wrong dressing for that rainy day.

Can see the fog right? So COLD! I think our TaiYang Bing fresh from the oven turned cold just in a blink of an eye.


That night we went back to the other part of Shilin for their food.

Steak, Fried oyster & Prawn, Mix Fruit Ice. The noodles below was breakfast for the next day, HongYu Chao Shou Noodles & Dumpling noodles.

Made our way down to get our hotbath. Can imagine how smelly is Jeff's leg by looking at Darius expression.

Baby is too hungry. But I'm too big for him.

Finally settled down for one hotbath hotel which provides personal room. For the price of NT250, I don't expect a really grand hotbath. We didn't want to join the public pool even though it looks more grand, just 'coz we have to be NAKED and we are all too shy.

Made our way to DanShui Yu Ren Ma Tou.

We were all too hungry. Everyone got a piece of Extra large Fried Chicken. The chicken is really filling, too big that I took more than half and hour to finish it.

Then we made a really long journey from Danshui to Miramar for the Ferris wheel at the 5th storey.

Why did I give this expression? I really dunno.

That last night we stayed out really late, planned to cab back to the hotel but luckily we managed to catch the last train. We did some shopping at Shilin where I got my really nice necklace at a price you won't find in SG. Hehe... Happy!

We went to tryout the Cuttlefish Geng at the stall beside our hotel, had the bread from the cakeshop along the way to Ximending and we went for AhZhong Mian Xian for the last time. Then we went for the last minute shopping whereby I bought a Puma jacket at only SGD35! Their Winter wear is having sales, mine was 50%, I bought it without 2nd thought. Got those cartoon boxers for my brothers there too.

But overall shopping there is expensive, eating is cheap. Clothes were imported from Hk, then we import them from TW, in between the price rosed by quite alot. I got myself 2 bags, 3dresses, 1 short, some Tops and tees, some accessories and 2 pair of shoes. Its not a place where you'll be able to get really cheap loot unless you really know where to go and get them.

Actually this time round I didn't have the mood to really shop 'coz I just feel that $$ don't come easily. Anyway, will be back 'coz of the food, the people and the places I haven't had the time to explore.
