Today I'm kinda pissed off at work by that UNCLE. He's so unethical. Everyone of us know that if the customer comes to you with your colleague brochure, the sales belongs to the person who gave the brochure. This is the rule that every roadshow personnel knew before they start working.
I'm so angry with him. He snatched my sales thinking that I don't know 'coz he was signing it a distance away from my booth. Blame himself for his poor luck that I just happened to pass by on my way to the toilet and saw him pitching my customer, if not he can swallow my sales without me knowing... And of course I approached him after the customer is gone.
Me: " Uncle, that customer you just signed is my customer leh. He took both my brochure. He was holding it in his hand when he was walking away."
Unethical Uncle: "I don't know leh. I didn't see him holding any brochure on hand, you should have come to me just now when he is here and he never say you got approach him."
Me: " But the brochure on his hand is mine wad, 'coz his wife is walking away so he took both my brochure and went off. "
Unethical Uncle: " No, he didn't say you approach him before and I really didn't see him holding your brochure leh." And he continued to do his stuff as though I'm transparent.
Me: " Nevermind, forget it! "
I proceeded back to my RS booth and called Jason to tell him what this Uncle told me. After that this Uncle still went on to tell one of my colleague about this not knowing that he knew about it and was standing on my side. This make me even more angry 'coz he just want to put the fault to me and swallow my sales like that... But after that, Jason called him and got him to return me a sales. However that evil Uncle don't wanna change that sales code to mine instead he say that he will return me a customer.
I find him so EVIL. He wanted to return me a problem case. Wah.. Luckily Boy gave him a big scolding. Haha... It happened when I went to have a short break. Uncle asked Boy to close the sale and count it mine.
Unethical Uncle: " You come and close it for Lina." It was done halfway through the whole pitch.
Boy: " You already pitch halfway then you ask me to continue, how I know what to say, Don't even know what customer wants. You continue yourself la!. "
Haha... That uncle look so shock and just went on to try closing... When I came back, Uncle immediately tell me what happen, saying that Boy don't know the whole situation so the deal wasn't close. He thought I will blame Boy? Of coz not la. Boy explained to me what happened, Ian told me that the customer actually signed with him twice but got cancelled, he's really a big problem and Liting came to me saying Uncle wanna give you problem case. Haha... Who shall I believe now? No questions, of 'coz is Boy and all la.
To think this Uncle was the most senior among us all and yet he did the most unethical things. He destroyed Ian sales, changed my board placing knowing that the location we are at is prone to complains and what I hate most is he act senior. This is what happen on Friday when he change my board placing like nobody business.
YY: " Uncle, like that put cannot 'coz they got complain alot of times before. The security guard will come and chase us away. "
Unethical Uncle to YY: " Whatever happen I will answer to them."
What can YY say with this kinda reply? He one person wanna put like that then if the guards really come and chase us away, the 4 of us kanna together, 4 of us will have no sales for that day. Did he ever spare a thought for his co-workers? I really wonder did he ever think through and reflect on himself when everyone of us Anti him. Today I just don't wanna blow things up 'coz it will just make everyone unhappy and I will just be making things difficult for Jason. I hate to quarrell with people, 'coz I hate that weird feelings when we meet the next time...
Okie enough of that... Something which I'm happy about this week is that there is a new bus 43. Hehe... Yeah!! Its bringing my Dear Boy and me nearer. This new bus save me from walking so long to his house and save him from walking so long home after he fetch me home. Most importantly save me from crossing that overhead bridge. Haha... Furthermore, he'll have a later bus to take other than 156, saves us off cab fare. Thank you SBS Transit! Haha...
Woo... Got to sleep soon. Its already 2.40am. I still have a day of work tommorrow. I need a different location as that Uncle and Bless me with more sales tommorrow. Good nitE!!
