These are the pictures I took in HongKong, more of the scenery here...
Taken from the Peak, those commercial buildings in Zhong Huan. To go onto the Peak, we have to take a 15 minutes Peak Tram up a very steep slope which makes my ear block throughout the journey up there. Peak ( a.k.a Shan Ting ) is a place where many celebrities stay, Stephen Chow, Jacky Cheung, Leon Lai, Jackie Chan, Shaw Brothers Boss and many more. Just imagine how rich they are to be able to afford a house at the Peak when HongKong land is so VERY expensive.
This is taken from the top view beside the Giant Buddha at Da Yu Shan where people climb 17 flocks of stairs when the air pressure is so high just to view this. Everyone, no matter how good stamina you have, will be panting while climbing 'coz the air up there is just too thin.
This is Jackie Chan huge palm print on the Xing Guang Da Dao at Jin Sha Zui.
The Symphony of Lights Show viewed from the Xin Guang Da Dao. The night scenery there is mesmerizing. I won't forget what I saw that day, its really a romantic place and I can never find that same feeling in Singapore.
Da Yu Shan giant Buddha. There are many shops before we climb the stairs up to the top. We ate the Dou Hua and Che Zai Mian. Woo... Its delicious. Che Zai Mian ( Car-Boy noodles? ) is a type of noodles which you can choose your own toppings, 3 toppings for HK$15, I got fishball, Pork Rib and Pig's intestine. The Dou Hua ( Bean Curd Jelly ) is also very nice, in S'pore I only like the Geylang one.
